Yearning too see LIGHT,
He was tired and VEXED!
Trying to move with all his MIGHT!
He was rope-bound and HEXED...!
They lured him for FOOD,
Greed,he never SHOWED!
He trusted them to be GOOD!
Thence he FOLLOWED.....
They bolted him in a dark ROOM!
All they wanted..was their BRIBE!
He laid down,In all GLOOM!
How cruel is this human TRIBE?
He was betrayed,STOLEN!
His companions ASLEEP.
His dreamy eyes SWOLLEN!
Showcasing grief so DEEP....
All he did was pray..he prayed for a REASON!
Not as a homo-sapien WOULD!
He dreamed and prayed for UNISON,
Man,nature and god..only as a dog COULD!
His prayers got answered as the door CREAKED!
A thin glimmer of unknown HOPE
As light through the slit,SNEAKED...
The stiff darkness,Couldn't COPE!
He felt embracing BLISS!
As god appeared to HIM!
Asked for a single wise WISH!
The dog replied as the light got DIM!
